Math Posters

When I first arrived at MIT, I helped the Math Department with some images to help advertise some of their events. I don't do it any longer due to my busier daily schedule, but it was nice to think about the Math Department without having to take any math classes. I chose the theme for one of these posters as butterflies (for my long admiration of these beautiful insects) with numbers for their wings. I like the idea of little numerically winged creatures that fly around in a peaceful way, but I wouldn't want it to happen in real life. I snipped out a patch here in 4:3 ratio to be useful as a desktop pattern:
